Day 1
Arrival, Hotel Check-In and Dinner cruise

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the visa formalities and luggage. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo and check in. You will have some time to relax and freshen up before your evening activity.In the evening, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Nile river, where you will board a luxurious cruise boat. You will enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and a variety of entertainment, such as belly dancing, folk music, and a whirling dervish show. You will also see the city lights and the landmarks along the river, such as the Cairo Tower and the Qasr El Nil Bridge.At the end of the night, you will be dropped off at your hotel and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Day 2

Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx,GEM, Saqqara Pyramids, and Memphis

After breakfast, you will meet your guide and driver and start your tour of the pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will marvel at the three majestic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and learn about their history and secrets. You will also have the opportunity to enter one of the pyramids (optional, extra charge) and see the burial chamber of the pharaoh.Next, you will visit the Sphinx, the largest and oldest statue in the world. You will admire its imposing figure and mysterious face, and hear the legends and myths surrounding it. You will also visit the Valley Temple, where the mummification of the pharaohs took place.After that, you will drive to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the newest and most modern museum of Egyptian antiquities. You will explore its vast collection of artifacts, statues, mummies, and treasures, and see the highlights such as the Narmer Palette, the Rosetta Stone, and the golden mask of Tutankhamun. You will also see the special exhibit of the chariots and the boats of the pharaohs.Next, you will drive to the Saqqara pyramids, the oldest and most extensive necropolis in Egypt. You will see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid ever built, and the Pyramid of Teti, where you can see the Pyramid Texts, the oldest religious writings in the world. You will also see the Mastabas, the tombs of the nobles and officials.After that, you will visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. You will see the ruins of the city and the open-air museum, where you can see the colossal statue of Ramses II, the alabaster sphinx, and other artifacts.At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel and enjoy a free evening.

Day 3

Egyptian Museum, Cairo Citadel, and Old Cairo

After breakfast, you will meet your guide and driver and start your tour of the Egyptian Museum, the largest and most important museum of Egyptian antiquities. You will explore its vast collection of artifacts, statues, mummies, and treasures, and see the highlights such as the Narmer Palette, the Rosetta Stone, and the golden mask of Tutankhamun.Next, you will visit the Cairo Citadel, a medieval fortress that was built by Saladin and served as the seat of power for many rulers. You will see the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the most prominent landmark of the citadel, and admire its domes, minarets, and marble interior. You will also enjoy the panoramic views of the city and the pyramids from the citadel.After that, you will visit the Old Cairo area, where you can see the oldest and most historic churches, mosques, and synagogues in the city. You will visit the Hanging Church, the oldest church in Egypt, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, where the Jewish scriptures were found, and the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque, the first mosque in Africa. You will also see the Coptic Museum, where you can see the art and culture of the Coptic Christians.At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel and enjoy a free evening.

Day 4

Alexandria Day Trip

After breakfast, you will drive to Alexandria, the pearl of the Mediterranean. You will enjoy the scenic views of the countryside and the coast along the way, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and driver and start your tour of Alexandria. You will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, a 15th-century fortress that was built on the site of the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will admire the architecture and the views of the sea and the harbor.Next, you will visit the Serapeum, a temple dedicated to the god Serapis, a syncretic deity that combined aspects of the Egyptian and Greek gods. You will see the remains of the temple and the underground galleries that housed the sacred Apis bulls.After that, you will visit the Catacombs of Kom Ash Shoqafah, a Roman necropolis that consists of three levels of tombs and chambers. You will see the mixture of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman art and motifs, and the Hall of Caracalla, where the bones of the martyrs were found.

Day 5

Luxor Marvels

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to the airport for your flight to Luxor, the ancient capital of Egypt. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and driver and start your tour of Luxor. You will visit the temples and tombs on both sides of the Nile, starting with the West Bank.You will visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom were buried in rock-cut tombs. You will enter three of the tombs (except Tutankhamun’s tomb, extra charge) and see the colorful paintings and hieroglyphs that depict the afterlife of the pharaohs. You will also have the chance to visit the tomb of Tutankhamun and see his mummy (optional, extra charge).Next, you will visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh of Egypt. You will admire the elegant architecture and the beautiful reliefs that tell the story of her life and achievements.After that, you will visit the Colossi of Memnon, two giant statues of Amenhotep III that once guarded his temple. You will admire their size and learn about their history and legends.Next, you will cross the Nile to the East Bank and visit the Luxor Temple, a magnificent temple dedicated to the god Amun and his consort Mut. You will see the impressive obelisk, the avenue of sphinxes, the court of Ramses II, and the hypostyle hall. You will also see the remains of a Christian church and a mosque that were built inside the temple.After that, you will visit the Karnak Temple, the largest and most complex temple complex in the world. You will walk through the avenue of sphinxes, the great court, the hypostyle hall, the sacred lake, and the various shrines and chapels. You will also see the obelisk of Hatshepsut, the granite scarab, and the temple of Khonsu.At the end of the day, you will check in to your hotel in Luxor and enjoy a free evening.

Day 6

Aswan Adventure

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and drive to Aswan, the gateway to Nubia. You will enjoy the views of the Nile and the countryside along the way, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and driver and start your tour of Aswan. You will visit the High Dam, a modern engineering marvel that controls the flow of the Nile and provides hydroelectric power and irrigation. You will learn about the construction and the impact of the dam, and see the Lake Nasser, the largest artificial lake in the world.Next, you will visit the Unfinished Obelisk, a huge granite obelisk that was abandoned in the quarry due to a crack. You will see the marks of the ancient tools and the methods of cutting and transporting the obelisk. You will also learn about the significance and symbolism of the obelisk in ancient Egypt.After that, you will visit the Philae Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, the mother of Horus and the wife of Osiris. You will take a boat ride to the island where the temple is located, and see the pylon, the courtyard, the hypostyle hall, the sanctuary, and the kiosk of Trajan. You will also see the reliefs and inscriptions that depict the myths and rituals of Isis and Osiris.At the end of the day, you will check in to your hotel in Aswan and enjoy a free evening.

Day 7

Abu Simbel and Aswan Relaxation

After breakfast, you will have the option to take a day trip to Abu Simbel, the magnificent temple of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari, located near the border with Sudan. You will see the four colossal statues of Ramses II that guard the entrance, and the smaller statues of his family and gods. You will also enter the temple and see the hall, the sanctuary, and the wall paintings that depict the battles and achievements of the pharaoh. You will also visit the smaller temple of Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, and see the statues and reliefs of the royal couple. You will also learn about the relocation and preservation of the temples, which were threatened by the rising waters of the Lake Nasser (extra charge).

Day 8

Hurghada Retreat

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and drive to Hurghada, a popular resort town on the Red Sea coast. You will enjoy the views of the desert and the sea along the way, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel in Hurghada and start your tour of the town. You will visit the Hurghada Aquarium, where you can see the marine life and the coral reefs of the Red Sea. You will also visit the Marina, where you can see the yachts, the shops, and the cafes. You will have some free time to explore the town and its attractions, such as the Hurghada Grand Mosque, the Church of St. Mary, and the Sand City (extra charge).In the evening, you can enjoy the nightlife and the entertainment options of Hurghada, such as the bars, clubs, restaurants, and shows (extra charge).

Day 9

More Time in Hurghada

After breakfast, you will visit the Dolphin World, where you can see the dolphins and the sea lions perform amazing tricks and stunts. You will also have the opportunity to swim with the dolphins and interact with them (optional, extra charge).After that, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and driver and be transferred to your hotel in Cairo. You will have the rest of the day at your leisure. You can relax in your room, explore the city, or join an optional activity such as a dinner cruise on the Nile, a visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, or a sound and light show at the pyramids (extra charge).

Day 10

Departure

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to the airport for your flight home, with unforgettable memories of your 10-day classic tour to Giza, Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan and Hurghada Upperions.
