Day 2Memphis & pyramids at Giza

Visit the ancient capital of Memphis, and then discover the pyramids at Giza and the Solar Boat Museum. Stare with amazement at their huge size and the mysterious Sphinx

Day 3Egyptian Museum

tart your tour package with the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to most of Tutankhamun’s treasures, and walk from Bab el-Fotouh to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar for a traditional lunch. Visit the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan

Day 4Coptic Cairo

Breakfast in the hotel, today you will discover the ancient sites and culture of Coptic Christians where you will learn about Christian life in Egypt. After touring Coptic Cairo, you will discover Islamic Cairo where you will visit the historic Fatimid era which is the gateway to the old city, mosques, houses, and palaces while passing through local markets.

Day 5Fly to Luxor

Fly to Luxor and board your dahabieh. Later, visit the Temples of Karnak, Luxor, and the Luxor Museum
 

Day 6Valley of the Kings

See the Valley of the Kings, Tombs of the Nobles, and well-preserved Tombs of the Workers. Sail to Esna

Day 7Edfu

Explore the Temple of Khnum, and sail to Edfu to view its temple, the best-preserved temple in Egypt

Day 8Nubian Museum

Sail to Gebel Silsileh to see the Temple of Horemheb. In Aswan, visit the Nubian Museum or the famous Spice Market

Day 9Abu Simbel

Fly to Abu Simbel, and explore two temples built by Egypt’s longest-ruling pharaoh. Fly back to Aswan to visit the Temple of Calabash and the Temple of Philae

Day 10Kom Ombo

Head to Kom Ombo to discover the dual temple dedicated to the crocodile-god Sobek and falcon god Haroeris

Day 11Tombs and Temples

Explore less-frequented el-Kab, containing tombs and temples that date back to the early dynastic period
 

Day 12Fly to Cairo

Fly to Cairo this morning, and spend the afternoon at leisure
